Trad’s needs a Leader for our Lawn and Shrub Service Team. The individual we are seeking believes in the unlimited power of positive thinking, understands the energy that flows when the service team reaches their highest potential, and looks forward to unlocking the potential of each member of the team.
This is not an entry level position. This is a middle management position and there is room to move up.
Salary starts at $42k.
Minimum three years customer service and management in Lawn and Ornamental Pest Control
Highly skilled in turf grass and ornamental identification and management
Understands product MOA and uses knowledge for suggestions on product rotation and resistance management
Knowledge of DOT regulations and application to Trad’s fleet and service
Fluency in 4E and 582
Routine Quality Control Audits to ensure customer happiness and top performance by team
Daily Send Off of service team with positivity and accomplishment at top of mind
Greet service team at the end of each work day, review completion of assignments, post numbers to board, distribute next days’ assignments
Assure that the team addresses all customer issues properly and accurately
Monitor and motivate team’s completion and participation in weekly KP
Understand HAZ-Com requirements and assist with compliance via Service Manager
Second response to customer issues elevated from Service Professionals
Works with Service Professional Leads to maintain Chemical Room organization based on EPA and DACS guidelines
Weekly balance of products to ensure proper use
