Maintain and enhance Landscape Maintenance Professionals, Inc. (LMP, Inc.’s) goal of being recognized as a top performing and highly reputable full service landscape maintenance provider by actively participating in the strategic objectives of:

·        Decreasing expenditures through the management and care of LMP, Inc.’s assets.

·        Cultivating an engaged and motivated workforce by serving as positive and effective role model for co-workers at the branch office assigned. 

Essential Functions:

Branding and Market Awareness:                                                                  75 % of the time

·        Identify, contact and meet with future LMP clients to identify potential new opportunities.

·        Make routine visits; follow-up calls and presentations to potential customers.

·        Successfully identifies branding opportunities for LMP, Inc. including tradeshows, industry organizations, and/or local events with designated marketplace.

·        Successfully represent LMP, Inc. as a professional organization at tradeshows, industry events, and other community/charity events.

·        Successfully develop lead sharing relationships with other industry service providers through frequent networking.

·        Provide administrative support for branding efforts, marketing campaigns and lead generation submitting photos and/or videos of events for inclusion across LMP’s social media platforms.

·        Develop positive relationship with existing clients for repeat business.

·        Presents the public image of company's products and services.

·        Maintain records of site visits and customer contacts.

·        Planning effective routes to visit existing and potential clients.

·        Actively engage with the public to identify needs.

·        Gather contact information for appointment setting purposes. 

Sales and/or Revenue Generation:                                                                           10% of the time

·        Track and report on potential prospects and/or revenue opportunities for assigned branch.

·        Operate within designated marketing budgets.

·        Generate leads.

·        Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.

·        Develop understanding of product line.

·        Gather and report customer intelligence to appropriate party.

·        Achieve financial objectives by operating within an annual budget.

Equipment & Asset Management:                                                                             10% of the time

·        Demonstrates diligence in caring for assets provided for the purpose of conducting business on behalf of LMP, Inc. including company cell phone, fleet gas card, Sun Pass, computer equipment, and vehicle. 

Employee/Team Relationship Management:                                                               20% of the time

·        Conveys through behaviors and actions the importance of adhering to the culture, performance standards and expectations set by LMP, Inc.

·        Accepts responsibility for developing positive work relationships with production personnel, co-workers, and employees at other LMP locations.

·        Support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices and serve

as an advocate and information source for company.

·        Provide customer feedback to the company's management team, presenting consumer information in an easy-to-understand format.

Administrative Duties:                                                                                                  10% of the time

·        Participates in team meetings demonstrating professionalism and respect by arriving on time, refraining from making use of the company cell phone to check messages or emails, and by presenting information relevant to the topics being discussed as well as client issues or concerns that need to be addressed.

·        Reports schedule and results to the appropriate party on a weekly basis; discusses networking activities.

·        Effectively adheres to any and all corporate and branch policy or procedural changes initiated by LMP, Inc. 

Qualifications:

Required

·        Minimum 2 years of field marketing experience.

·        Experience of managing the delivery of marketing collateral.

·        Valid driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record.

·        Effective oral and written communication skills.

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems.

·        Demonstrated time management skills.

·        Ability to work independently and as a part of the team

Preferred

·        Bilingual – Spanish.

·        Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

·        Must be willing to travel.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

·       None 

Work Environment/Conditions:

·        Exposure to outdoor conditions and weather variables.

·        Exposure to an office work environment.

·        Exposure to a high volume of external and internal demands. 

Physical Demands:

·        Must be able to operate business equipment including a computer or laptop, printer, copier, telephone, smart phone, and calculator.

·        Must be able to travel to assigned client sites, vendor locations, prospect sites, and other LMP facilities and offices.

·        Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job duties of this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

·        Must be able to stand for sustained periods of time.

·        Must be prepared to travel, drive, and engage in considerable physical activity.

·        Willing and able to lift and move products in this job, and the use of proper safety practices and equipment will be essential.

·        Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
