Regional Sales Manager
Mainscape is looking for someone to be responsible for driving company growth.
The main mission will be developing sales strategies, leading and motivating a team of Account Executives in order to achieve sales targets and grow revenue. Additional focus will be on ensuring consistent relationship management in order to retain 95% of our current customer base.
The right candidate would be accountable for providing leadership with the primary focus on achieving sales and profitability goals set as a group. Focus areas will be on a few key markets as well as a more Regional sales approach targeting large, complex campus style projects.
Key markets will be Central and South Florida. The current team is made up of 4 AE's. Anticipate 25% travel.
