Indoor tropical foliage nursery is looking for an experienced Office Assistant.
Full-time position available IMMEDIATELY.
Primary responsibilities will be:
· Answering phones, checking voicemails
· Timely response to customer inquiries
· Taking and confirming orders
· Order entry and processing
· Additional clerical functions such as maintaining files, organize incoming paperwork, and basic accounts receivable & payable tasks
Requirements and qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Basic understanding of accounting principles and office experience
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks accounting software
· Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
· Be self-motivated, willing and able to learn quickly
· Highly organized and committed to highest accuracy and service standards
· Knowledge of the tropical plant industry is an asset
