Projects include creation and design of marketing collateral for web and print, social media marketing, updating and maintaining our Wordpress websites, SEO and online advertising campaigns, email marketing, developing and increasing our video marketing for internal and external audiences, and website design and development along with other marketing projects as needed. This position requires strong graphic design skills as well as effective time management skills to ensure both routine and project-based tasks are completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of professional marketing experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Collaborate with teams to create websites, landing pages and optimize user experience using WordPress.
Maintain and update existing websites with fresh content, design, and images.
Create and maintain email campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences, utilizing marketing automation tools.
Conduct general research and project based work, all of which to be performed in alignment with the company’s long term strategy.
Develop graphic art materials to be used by Cherrylake and sister companies.
Update and maintain social media channels with fresh, relevant content that supports our long term strategies.
Video creation for social media, training, websites, events and other advertising opportunities.
Measuring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and platforms.
Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic and paid SEO/SEM success.
Researching and understanding current trends in marketing, design and technology.
Assists with coordination of events including, trade shows, and internal company events.
Assist with other project needs as part of the marketing and organizational development teams.

4 year college degree or Professional Marketing experience.
2+ years of professional marketing experience
Proficient experience in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Experience building and maintaining websites, specifically WordPress.
Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and data-driven
Experience using Google Analytics
Highly organized, detail oriented with capability of managing multiple projects and tasks at once.
Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or the GSuite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Ability to design, layout and produce various types of marketing materials
Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to articulate well with a variety of departments.
Working knowledge of HTML, PHP and CSS a plus
Proven SEO experience a plus
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns a plus
Spanish as a second language a plus
HOURS OF WORK
Typically Monday through Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm). May be required to work overtime during peak times.
