Landscape Account Manager - Sea Island

The Account Manager is the primary customer contact for contracted Landscape Maintenance accounts. The Account Manager is primarily responsible for Landscape Maintenance account management, quality control and business development.

 Duties:

 Serve as the primary customer contact for contracted Landscape Maintenance accounts

·         Manage a set (book) of client properties, which includes, but is not limited to, managing all sales, renewals, production, quality control and A/R

·         Develop strong positive relationships with customers based upon clear and frequent communication, mutual trust and ability to meet the customer needs

·         Proactively manage properties by conducting site inspections and locating problems in the landscape before the customer brings to our attention

·         Meet with production crews and superintendents to ensure all work performed meets Sea Island quality standards

·         Sell landscape enhancements to existing clients, find and close on new maintenance opportunities that fit our business model through referrals, neighborhood opportunities, inbound calls and leads from the Design team

·         Provide and maintain excellent customer service

·         Immediately reports to direct manager any jobs deviating from budgets of time, schedule, cost or any other factor so appropriates adjustments can be made to maximize end result

·         Meets or exceeds established sales goals for contracted work and extras

·         Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner

·         Assist in obtaining property takeoffs and in the contract renewal process

·         Works closely with administrative support to make sure all contract administration is timely and accurate

·         Be aware of billing and collection status on all projects/customers. Advises on credits or collections and works with production, customer to get any collection issues resolved for work sold

·         Willing and timely execution of other duties as delegated by leadership
