Gardening Accounts Manager

Bridge Landscape is a high-end residential Landscape installation and Gardening service company located in Hobe Sound. We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service.                 We currently have an opening for a full-time Gardening Accounts Manager. Listed below are the requirements and qualities necessary for this position.

Requirements:

• Excellent attendance and punctuality with respect for a team effort
• Work well with management and other team members.
• Self-directed and motivated
• Organized and detail oriented
• Resourceful and able to work well under pressure
• Excellent leadership and time-management skills
• Positive attitude with a professional manner
• Good communication skills; able to give as well as receive instructions
• Respectful of the client and their residence
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass the required background check
• Able to work occasional late hours and Saturdays if needed

 

Responsibilities:

·         Client Relations-                                                                                                                                     Building and maintaining client relationships, visiting and reviewing accounts and establishing new accounts

·         Management of Crew-                                                                                                                                    Set up foremen on daily schedule; order crew supplies & tools; oversee new hires and their training

·         Order plants and materials for accounts

·         Coordination of subcontractors

·         Administrative duties-                                                                                                                                            Weekly scheduling, daily worksheet information, record keeping

 

Bi-lingual is a plus.
