1. Sales Arborist Representative
As a Sales Arborist Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and providing expert advice on tree care and landscape services. You will represent La Isla Tree and Landscape with professionalism and integrity while educating clients on our service offerings.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct site assessments and consultations
• Develop and present proposals for tree care and landscape solutions
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
• Knowledge of arboriculture and landscape services
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Valid driver’s license
• ISA Certified Arborist is a plus

2. Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator will manage the day-to-day logistics of our landscape and tree care projects. This role involves ensuring that our teams have the resources they need to complete their jobs efficiently and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate crews for projects
• Manage equipment and material logistics
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain communication between the field team and office
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in operations or logistics preferred

3. Crew Leader – Landscape, Irrigation, and Lighting Installation
We are seeking an experienced Crew Leader with expertise in landscape installation, irrigation systems, and outdoor lighting. You will lead a team of skilled workers to execute high-quality projects while ensuring that deadlines and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:
• Lead a crew in landscape, irrigation, and lighting installations
• Oversee project quality and adherence to design plans
• Train and supervise crew members

Requirements:

4. Landscape Crew Member
As a Landscape Crew Member, you will work as part of a team to provide high-quality landscape services to our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires physical labor, creativity, and a passion for working outdoors.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with landscape installations, maintenance, and irrigation
• Operate equipment and hand tools safely
• Follow directions from Crew Leaders to complete tasks efficiently
Requirements:
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of landscaping, irrigation, or willingness to learn
• Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
