Maintenance Landscaper (Full-Time)

Job Description

Key duties involve performing landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, blowing, trimming, weeding, and fertilizing. Safe operation of landscape equipment, identification of healthy vegetation, and implementation of lawn maintenance standards are essential. Daily equipment servicing, communication of concerns, and adherence to cleanliness and organization standards are part of the responsibilities outlined.

Requirements

To be considered, preferred applicants should present the following:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to kneel, crouch, squat, climb, stand, sit, balance, reach, bend, push, pull and walk for prolonged periods
• If applicable, must have the ability to work for extended periods of time in an outdoor environment, including sun, heat, cold, wind, rain and higher than normal noise levels
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
