Job Summary
As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain customer records and update account information
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively

Skills
- Proficient in plant knowledge
- Experience with Quickbooks
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
