Experienced Landscape Laborer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping and a strong willingness to learn. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on a job site. Opportunity for advancement.

Monday - Friday, 10 hour days required.

Responsibilities

Assist in the installation and removal of plants and trees

Laying sod and helping install irrigation systems

Driving a skid steer and company truck. (not required by preferred)

Help with anything landscape related

Operate tools and equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols on the job site.

Collaborate with team members to get the job done.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Follow directions from supervisors and contribute positively to team dynamics.

Skills

Proficiency in everything landscape related. (willing to train)

Familiarity with different trees, plants and rock types. (willing to train)

Experience with all landscaping installation is highly valued.

Strong understanding of landscape site safety practices.

Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site.

Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as required.

$20 to $25 dollars per hour based on experience
