Delivery Driver/Merchandiser

This position is for Non-CDL

FULL TIME AND PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE -

SIMPLE IRA (MATCHING RETIREMENT) IS THE ONLY BENIFIT PROVIDED.

Plant nursery is actively seeking drivers for the delivery of plants to retail chain store locations within 150 mile radius of Bradenton. Which is the base location. Drivers are expected to maintain and merchandise product in stores. Experience with driving box trucks a must! Merchandising skills, and some plant knowledge a plus. Applicants must be able to push and pull heavy items.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DEPENDABLE STRONG, PHYSICALLY FIT, HARD WORKING TEAM PLAYER TO DELIVER & MERCHANDISE PRODUCTS IN CHAIN STORES. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO HAVE PLANT KNOWLEDGE.

TRAVELING WILL BE WITHIN A 150 MILE RADIUS OF THE NURSERY. 6 AM - 6PM WORK HOURS MONDAY- FRIDAY- OCCASIONAL SATURDAYS & SOME HEAVY LIFTING IS EXPECTED.

MUST HAVE GOOD ORGANIZATIONAL & COMMUNICATION SKILLS!

DELIVERING PLANT PRODUCTS TO CHAIN STORES

PACKING OUT PLANTS - HAND MOVING PRODUCTS FROM OUR RACKS TO OUR TABLE SPACE 

WEEDING

BLEACHING TABLES

MOVING PRODUCT & PALLETS AROUND

CHANGING OUT SIGNAGE

CLEANING TABLE SPACE

BRINGING BACK UNSALEABLE MATERIAL

FILLING OUT DAILY PAPERWORK

We offer competitive pay with advancement opportunities. STARTING pay is $18 per hour. 

We do not do phone interviews, so all applicant's MUST also come into the office to fill out an application and have a 1st interview. You will be contacted to set up a time to come in.

Applicants must also be over 20 years of age for insurance purposes, and no violations. Applicants should have a clean criminal record as well.
