Production Manager

We are a small, quality oriented woody ornamental nursery in Eastern Palm Beach County. We enjoy our work and work together like a "family".

Currently seeking someone who has experience in Production management and Crew management.

 Tasks would include fertilizer and herbicide schedules and inventory.

 Step up, pruning,and potting schedules and crew implementation.

Assisting in all nursery duties including , but not limited to:

Pruning, planting, loading and offloading trucks.

Regular maintenance of tools and golf carts., minor irrigation repairs.

Protection of crops due to hurricanes, freeze or floods.

Assisting customers.

Clean drivers  license required, English speaking (bilingual a plus!)

 Hours Mon-Fri 7:30 am-4 pm

 Pay commensurate with experience and great attitude! PTO benefits available after 90 day probation period.
