Your tasks will include:
1) Exporting sales orders from our custom sales system to QuickBooks Desktop Premier Plus, confirming that all pricing is correct before emailing invoices to clients
2) Issuing purchase orders to vendors upon request and obtaining current price lists from vendors.
3) Maintaining and updating vendor info, products and pricing in QuickBooks Desktop Premier Plus
4) Entering bills received, matching to purchase orders when prompted.
This position offers plenty of room to learn and grow quickly. Some knowledge of QuickBooks (any version) is a must. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. Pay is weekly. We offer Paid Time Off. You must have reliable transportation.
