Job Title: Landscape Crew Member

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Landscape Crew Member to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting in various landscaping tasks as it relates to landscape installation and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work in various weather conditions, and a willingness to learn.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, and edging.

  • Install and maintain flower beds, trees, shrubs, and other plants.

  • Spread mulch, gravel, and other ground coverings as needed.

  • Assist with hardscape projects, including laying sod, paving stones, and installing retaining walls.

  • Install lighting and irrigation systems.

  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.

  • Follow company safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

  • Assist with debris removal, raking, and general site cleanup.

  • Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally.

  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Experience:

  • Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and rain.

  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks.

  • Familiarity with basic landscaping tools and equipment is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to follow instructions.

  • Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

  • Clean driving record and ability to pull a trailer preferred

  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Required:

  • Dependable vehicle to get to and from work

  • Punctual and dependable

  • Available for long hours all year round

  • Clean and professional appearance

  • Able to pass E-verify

  • Able to pass drug, DMV & background check

This position is 40 hour weeks, Saturdays occasionally. This position provides year-round employment and the opportunity to work with and learn from the best in the industry of landscapers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
