Position: Landscape Construction Crew Leader
Pay: Starting Pay $27-$30 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week (10 hour day) Monday - Thursday
7am-5:30pm
Some Fridays and/or Saturday may be required depending on Job Scope

Landscape Construction Crew Leader Position Overview:
We are seeking an Experienced Landscape Construction Crew Leader to join our growing team. As we expand, we need a dedicated leader to manage one of two crews of approximately 3-4 landscape construction professionals on each crew.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our hardscape and softscape projects while providing guidance and support to your team.
Landscape Construction Crew Leader Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a landscape crew in various installation, hardscape, and renovation projects.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with management to effectively allocate resources and schedule work.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Landscape Construction Crew Leader Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in landscaping installation including irrigation, lighting, hardscapes, and operating heavy equipment.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of landscape and hardscape design principles and installation techniques.
-Bilingual a major + as several members of the crew speaks Spanish / Little English
