Position: Landscape Construction Crew Member
Pay: Starting Pay $20-$25 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week (10 hour day) Monday - Thursday
7am-5:30pm
Some Fridays and/or Saturday may be required depending on Job Scope

Landscape Construction Crew Member Position Overview:
We are seeking an Experienced Landscape Construction Crew Member to join our growing team. As we expand, we need a dedicated team member to work alongside a crew of approximately 3-4 landscape construction professionals reporting to our crew lead.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our hardscape and softscape projects while providing guidance and support to your team.
Landscape Construction Crew Member Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in various installation, hardscape, and renovation projects.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate with crew lead to effectively and efficiently complete projects.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Landscape Construction Crew Member Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping installation including irrigation, lighting, hardscapes, and operating heavy equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of landscape and hardscape design principles and installation techniques.
-Bilingual a major + as several members of the crew speak Spanish
