Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service Representative
We’re looking for a detail-driven, customer-focused professional to coordinate shipments, manage orders, and ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
· Schedule, track, and manage shipments
· Communicate with carriers and nursery staff
· Prepare shipping documents
· Respond to customer inquiries and provide order updates
· Resolve delivery or service issues quickly and professionally
What We’re Looking For:
· 1–3 years in logistics, supply chain, or customer service
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
· Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
· Customer-first mindset
