Nature’s Way Farms is one of the largest tropical landscape shrubs and ornamental farms in South Florida. We have over 40 years of experience growing plants on hundreds of acres, servicing Garden Centers in large mass-market retailers across the country. Nature’s Way is looking for talented individuals to join our multicultural team.

Do you have a passion for plants, farming and a love for agriculture? We’re looking for a dedicated Grower to join our team and help us produce healthy, high-quality crops with precision, care, and consistency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cultivation and production of plants in an outdoor setting. This role requires a combination of agricultural expertise and leadership skills to ensure both optimal growth conditions and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee crop production through all stages

Monitor plant health, irrigation, nutrient levels, and pest management
Maintain detailed records of crop performance and care
Follow all company safety, quality, and operational standards

Requirements:

Experience in horticulture, crop production, or a related field (preferred)
Strong understanding of plant care, pest/disease identification, and irrigation systems
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Comfortable working in outdoor and greenhouse settings
Education or certification in agriculture is a plus (but not required)

· Valid Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for insurance purposes is helpful.

· Bilingual preferred
