What You’ll Do

Safely and accurately apply chemical treatments to plants and landscapes

Monitor plant health and adjust application methods as needed

Maintain spraying equipment and ensure proper calibration

Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines

Troubleshoot field issues and make smart, real-time decisions
What We’re Looking For

Experience with chemical spraying or agricultural/plant operations (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset

Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field

Physically capable of outdoor, hands-on work in varying conditions

Motivated, dependable, and driven to do the job right
