Terra Plant International is seeking a Shipping Manager to oversee the movement of live plant material from our nursery to customers. This role is ideal for a logistics-minded problem solver who understands that timing, handling, and accuracy are critical when shipping plants.

Responsibilities

• Manage all outbound and inbound shipments of live plants

• Coordinate shipping schedules to protect plant quality and meet deadlines

• Oversee plant staging, loading, and proper handling procedures

• Ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and inventory tracking

• Work closely with nursery and sales teams to prioritize orders

• Identify and solve shipping or workflow issues proactively

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, logistics, or nursery operations preferred

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Leadership mindset with attention to detail

• Understanding of live plant handling and care during transport is a plus
