Tree Trimmer/Climber

Blue Water Landscape is seeking an experienced and skilled Tree Climber/Trimmer to join our team. We maintain some of the most prestigious properties in South Florida and are looking for a dependable professional with strong technical ability and safe work practices.

Responsibilities:

- Prune, trim, and shape trees and palms

- Climb trees safely using ropes, ladders, and climbing gear (spikes when appropriate)

- Operate power saws, hand saws, dump trucks, chippers, loaders, and chainsaws

- Perform ground support duties, including debris handling and cleanup

- Assist the crew with daily tasks to ensure safe and efficient job site operations

- Driver preferred but not required (clean 3-year driving record required to be eligible to drive)

- Bilingual preferred but not required

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of professional tree trimming/climbing experience (required)

- Strong knowledge of Florida tree species and palms

- Ability to climb safely using proper equipment and techniques

- Experience using chainsaws, pole saws, and other tree care tools

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in Florida weather conditions

- Reliable transportation to work

- Ability to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team

Compensation:

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
